"This office receptionist is horrible I have been on the phone for an 1hr and a half and been at que 1 for 30 min and no one has gotten back to me.Left message now for some time going on a couple of months and no one is calling me back.Need important info to be updated from my primary doctor . This is horrible.They need to shut this place down if you they can't run it properly."

"Some of the Dr's are great but the receptionists suck. I can call and be on hold for almost an hour as the first caller in queue before getting hung up. I leave messages in the app with no reply. I get marked as a no show because I can't cancel an appt but no one ever answers or calls back so I can explain. They schedule the appt for you at the end of your visit and bring it in with a piece of paper without my input on days or times and as someone with 5 or more appts a week this just doesn't work for me. It seems the nurses are overworked doing what the receptionist should be doing."

"I’ve been coming here for over 30 years. From the time when you had to first enter from the side of the building. So, I’ve seen many doctors (some good some not so good), and many changes. The Early 90s wasn’t so great, but they are better now. It’s not packed like back in the day. Past few years, I have been getting in and out very quickly, and the doctors respond accordingly. Dental? Man, that’s a whole other thread. Smh"

"Wait time was long but everyone was very kind and I had come in for an emergency - severe tooth pain - and the doctor already had several other scheduled patients. She took a moment away from one of them to talk to me quickly and let me know as thoroughly as possible what she thought was going on, prescribe me pain medicine, let me know what else would help and write me a quick referral to get teeth extracted at Strong. She was very kind and made sure I understood the steps before leaving!"
