"Me and my boyfriend painted some pottery on May 6th, we were unable to pick them up in person after having them fired. Due to this I paid the shipping costs to have them shipped to me, I was told I would receive them within a week and a half and to call if they had not arrived in that time. I still haven’t received my pieces as of today (05/30/23). I have tried reaching out by calling, leaving messages and emailing, I am very disappointed to say that I have not received any answer from anyone."

"SCAM - DO NOT BUY. Created fused glass tiles the first week of March, then never received in the mail. No answer via phone and the voice mailbox is full. VERY disappointed. Would like my art or a refund, but I doubt that we'll get either. I'll certainly update this review if we do receive the tiles."

"edit: our pieces have delivered as of 03.30.23 6 of us created pieces on Feb 19 and were told they were to be fired the next day. We paid for the pieces as well as shipping costs because we were visiting from out of state. We have been calling, leaving voice messages as well as email through the website to no avail. They have made no contact with any of us. If you can't take the pieces with you - DO NOT expect to ever see them."

"Would give a -5. My daughter and I came here 2 separate times and did 2 separate items each. They have apparently lost our items. I have tried to get in contact with them, however after they realized they lost our items they have ignored all emails. They didn't even try to replace thwm. Very poor business ethics."

"I signed up for a class, drove an hour, paid for the class online, for no one to be here, have not been able to get a hold of anyone, waiting 20 minutes before leaving. I then had to edit this review 2 days later to say no refund was ever given. I spoke to the businesses around this facility and they had said this was not the first time they’ve seen this happen."
