"I was there this morning for my physical. It started off ok, but then we began talking about things that were going on with me..that's where it all went downhill. I was told I couldn't get a refill in one of my prescriptions because I had it filled 2 days prior. I told the PA that I didn't request a refill, and you can imagine the look that I got from her. I felt like i being accused of doing something wrong. She kept looking at the computer sceeen then back at me- " this is what it says" came out of her mouth multiple times. I proceeded to call the pharmacy that supposedly filled it, so I could find out how it happened. I explained the situation to the pharmacy tech, as I was doing so, the PA chimes in " oh it was from last year". What kind of a mistake ia that? Not really acceptable I think. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong by her, only to have it brushed off. If it couldn't get any worse, this happened. I was needing a refill on a prescription...that I use very sparingly...but when I need it, I need it. I stretch out 15 pills for a year. She told me that she would "compromise" with me and give me 20 for the year, if I agreed to a sleep study. I was baffled at that. I told her the prescription that I was asking for had NOTHING to do with my sleeping habits. I was just given a blank stare in return. Makes me wonder if there is a quota for sleep studies and cpap machines...since there is a sleep clinic in your facility. Now my nightmare continues...I checked what prescriptions were filled by the pharmacy...one of them isn't due again or so they claim. I have been out of these pills for 2 months now. It's laughable. When the visit was over she basically told me to see the other doctor next time. I absolutely believe that she just doesn't want to deal with me again. I have been going to this practice for 20 years. At first it was fantastic ...but in the last 8 years or so I can't say the same. I have been told on more than one occasion to meditate...to make issues go away. I don't feel like i was heard. I don't feel like I was given the proper care that I needed. I will be finding another doctor. I am thoroughly disgusted. Zero stars given."

"Initially I rated the place with 5 stars as everything seemed to go well when I started taking my son to this practice. Now, an assistant (I believe her name was Kathy) called me because my son seemed to need some extra vaccines, and I it was a perfect timing as I have some questions about preventative care for the doctor. All was good until I asked my questions. She said she would have a nurse call me back, but instead she called again the next day. It wasn’t only that she could not acknowledge my concerns and respond properly about them, but then she was rude, tried to argue with me about medical questions (knowing that she is not a doctor), would not let me ask more questions and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disappointing."
