"Awful service, the wait time is longer than the visit, the room upon entering was not cleaned after the previous patient. There was dried up blood on the floor on top of the paper on the bed not changed and trash on the floor. Highly disappointed with the overall experience and the amount of new providers going in and out of this facility."

"Even with all the negative reviews, I thought I would still give them a try as my primary care provider. I had a 9:00 appointment, I arrived at 8:45. I was checked in by 9:00. Waited in their waiting room until 9:45 and left. I can't give a review regarding their Dr's because I wasn't seen. I pay $8,400 a year out of pocket for my Healthcare insurance. In my opinion This service is unacceptable. UPDATE...She just called me at 11:20 saying she has been calling me in the waiting room for 5 minutes. That is 2 hours and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time."

"Facility is a disgrace. Doctors go on vacation leave me without pain medicine nor anyone else to fill in the doctors absence…..makes appointments without knowing why…not properly documenting your file so that others nurses/physicians can properly read what visit pertains to… no CARE in the word care; treats you like you a file on their desk and not an actual PERSON. A stray animal gets better healthcare treatment than I do and I’m billed for this!?!? Sad and very disappointed in today’s Healthcare System."
