"I have been in ecmc 4 times and degraf 1 time in December and January I kept telling them my thyroid was messed up and I needed antibiotics.. they basically said I was crazy and kept giving me misdiagnosis. My blood pressure was sky high my white blood count was elevated my platlets where high and they just kept sending me home with no help. Yesterday I was finally properly diagnosed by a real Dr and have Acute THYROIDITIS and needed antibiotics. Don't trust this place if you have a serious medical emergency."

"I came in for an allergic reaction and was brushed to the side and waited for about four hours in the waiting room. I witnessed a lady have to leave the hospital because she has been here for 12 hours after a stroke and the hospital team did nothing for her. As she got up to leave the nurse told her to “feel better”. This is a disgusting display of the healthcare system and shows how little the people at Kaladia Health care about their patients. It’s safe to say I will not be returning here."

"Took great care of my dad, were thorough and on top of things. They were informative. But staff was not on same page and did not listen to patients wishes. A few nurses were exceptional and wonderful."

"Very nice nursing staff. Helpful and willing to answer all questions completely. Security staff is a different story. They were very rude for no reason. I almost said something to her about it but I was in a hurry for my 3:00 appointment."

"Clean and nice hospital. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. The person I was visiting was being taken care of very nicely and had what they need in a few minutes. Overall very nice hospital. And if you want to stay with someone who isn't sick and had surgery or something I think you can. My friend had a wide that gave birth there and he didn't have work and he worked the night shift so they made him a bed with a clean mattress that was clean so he could stay with his wife for the night."
