"We made an appointment in November for my five-year-old daughter to have her ears pierced. Brittany was so charming with her and gave her such a wonderful experience, from selecting her earrings to picking out a lollipop. We knew a tattoo and piercing studio would be the most professional and sanitary place to have her ears pierced and Brittany exceeded our expectations. We observed her taking the utmost precautions with hand hygiene, gloves, and instruments and six weeks later, with ~95% compliance on ear care, her piercings are in perfect shape with no issues.
