While there is no fee for evaluation by the staff, students may incur charges for medication and in-house labs. Charges for referrals to specialists, hospital emergency rooms, and outside labs are the responsibility of the students.

The center prioritizes student privacy, and all medical and counseling information is kept confidential in accordance with federal and state laws. All enrolled students at Hamilton College are required to have valid health insurance coverage. Those who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and do not complete the online waiver will be automatically enrolled in the Hamilton College Student Health Insurance Plan.
