"My son has been going to this practice his entire life, for nearly 16 years. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews as we have always had a positive experience. Dr. Jones and Kelly are exceptional. My son hates getting blood drawn and gets himself so worked up sometimes that he has fainted. Today he had to have bloodwork and Kelly was so kind and so patient, spoke to him so kindly, even had him laughing a bit. Dr. Jones may be “a bit blunt” at times but I appreciate that about her as I know she doesn’t beat around the bush and you will always get her honest opinion. She is great with the kids and my son likes her very much, and you can tell that she cares very much about her patients (and she always makes us laugh too, she’s a riot). I’m sad about the day when my son is no longer a pediatric patient and needs a new doctor. This place has always been good to us and we are very comfortable there."

"Hey so Jones, I won’t call her a doctor after a ton of things firsthand (which I will know makes her angry, because she was unprofessional with a patient of 15 years who didn’t call her doctor), has two pages for reviews. Look up her building name as well. I’m guessing because either one that was created first got so many atrocious reviews that she had to make a new one to hide that undeniable fact. Regardless I will post the same thing as I did on her other poorly reviewed page: Jones is unprofessional to her staff and patients, and it is legitimately insane with some of these reviews that she still has a practice. Healthcare has no place for someone who is mean, abrasive, shows prejudice and unproductive for people who need it. If she needs a paycheck, Aldi is around the corner"

"This used to be a wonderful pediatricians office. I have been taking my kids here for the last 8 years with no problems at all until 2020. This office has went extremely down hill. Once all the doctors left besides Monic Jones (she is the only doctor for this entire office) She is rude and unprofessional. She is rude to the parents and dosnt listen to what they say or what their concerns are. She literally will just talk over you. My son is premature and needs to see a gi doctor, I've been stating that to her for a while now. She's tells me I'm wrong or just pretends like she dosnt even hear n just keeps talking over. Each time we ask for the gi I get formula changes instead. Changing his formula every week makes him sick and she don't listen to that either. She isn't even kid friendly, she isnt people friendly, also for being the only doctor at this office you think she could dress more appropriately. Last few times we went there she was in flip flops sweatpants a an over sized t-shirt sitting slumped in a chair while speaking to me. Her nurses dress more appropriately than her. I went there last week at let her no I would not be back with my kids after this. We left the appointment and found a better pediatrician that same day. 2 days after this I get a letter in the mail stating my kids can't seek medical care from her anymore and to find a new pediatrician which like I said I already did and I already notified her that day so for her to send that was just another reason to show how Unprofessional she is. It is to bad because the nurse Kelly is wonderful and this place for years was a great place go bring your children to, but Monica Jones has ruined this office as I know others that feel the same."

"The NP they had before was amazing hands down. The current nurse is awful. My son hasn't been seen since after he turned one constantly being cancelled by them and then they try and make it seem as if it's the parent who cancels or didnt show up that was my first issue, second the nurse got covid okay understandable a month later I call they say she's still out 2 mos later same thing then I call they say okay we're booked for the month I finally get in we arrive 13 mins late and you can't see my child. After all these accommodations made on my end now we can't accommodate my child that hasn't been seen and he is now 2. Beyond me. Highly wouldn't recommend! EVER! They need a better NP!"

"My daughter has been going here for the last 8 years. Erin was her doctor until she left. We seen dr Jones for the first time and I must say I was not pleased. She didn’t show any compassion and came off arrogant. Not someone that should be working with kids. Unfortunately I’m gonna switch her pediatrician. Nurse Kelly is super awesome"
