Situated on a 56-acre farm in the Clarksburg-Langford area of North Collins (Eden), NY, Koester Hops, also known as Koester Farms, LLC, began with a small arbor on their patio. The hopyard started with one acre planted with Cascade and Centennial hops in 2015, expanding to 2.5 acres with additional Centennial plantings in 2016. In 2022, they added another 0.5 acres of Vista hops to their farm.

With a commitment to providing brewers with the best quality hops, Koester Hops is dedicated to serving both large-scale commercial brewers and small-scale homebrewers with the unique flavors of their locally grown hops.
