"Don't even bother going to 1375 Washington Ave for a employment drugtest. All the ppl do is turn you away and send you to 920 Lark Drive. They don't assist, they don't help they just send you there. They don't want to be removed off the service app so they they state they do something they don't. Go straight to 920 Lark Drive. Don't waste your time."

"i am rating todays experience as 5 stars because this was one of my best lab tests i have done and believe me i have done quiet a few. Always i would suffer from needle tingling due to the fat around my veins that are hard to find. My hand have different colors and pain will stay for few days. To start checking in was organized and on time of my appointment but the most important is the phlebotomist (lab tech who did my blood work) her name is Hilda who was super professional , she drew my blood without even me noticing that the needle was in and out taking many samples in no time. She was friendly and made this a great experience. After 10 hours i don't feel any pain in my hand and there is no marks at all. I recommend this place for the professionalism and efficiency of the staff."

"I had a scheduled appointment time and a time sensitive test. It's been 30 minutes since my appointment time and I have yet to be seen. Very unorganized. Staff have to be told what the next step is and what they should be doing. Only 2 Staff seem to know what they are doing. Very busy, so I understand that. But geez. When approaching the front desk, I was told that the blood sample sits in a tube for a while, so the timing doesn't matter, and that is not how this blood test works. Very disappointed."

"It is suite 101 not 103. Just make a left when you walk into the building. Mahadiv who took my blood was sharp, smart, had sniper accuracy when hitting me vein and was mad cool. She's deserves mad stars! I absolutely love coming here when I need blood work or now I know also a urinalysis. They are always kind and helpful. I have never had a problem when it comes to getting my blood drawn. They are trained very well and talented at what they do. Their Covid-19 protocols are on point and they offer multiple sanitation points. The seating is also set up so that you are socially distanced from other patients. Another great thing about this place is if you do not make an appointment online you can walk in and make one on site. I highly recommend this location and making an appointment on line. The whole process was very easy to do. Thank you labcorp!"
