"This is my eighth year at PSOLI. I have no idea where I would be without this place. The amazing staff, my amazing classmates; I'm so happy that my parents found this place. When I was just starting, I was a shy, little four year-old. I was able to read, but not at a very high level, I wasn't very good with math, and my grammar was TERRIBLE! Now, I am just beginning seventh grade, and in eight years, I have won an academic achievement award from President Obama, I am a near school spelling bee champion, I am on a Lego Robotics team, I am the co-editor in chief in our school newspaper club, I have gone to AUSTRALIA as a student ambassador, and this year I will be taking ninth-grade math! I probably could not have done any of this without Progressive School of Long Island!"

"We transferred our daughter into Progressive midyear last year. My daughter was having a miserable time in first grade until we transferred her! It was the best decision we could have made. She now loves to go to school. The staff is extremely dedicated to the students as well as the school. Learning is hands on, creative and very enriched. My daughter doesn't even know what a test is!
