"My son attended this preschool for 10 months. At that time, he was 3 years old with a severe speech delay. After a few months of my son attending this preschool, out of nowhere, he would cry every morning because he didn't want to go to school anymore. As soon as he would realize we were around the area he would start to cry. He would literally beg me not to leave him. Ofc, it broke my heart & it made it harder for me to understand what was causing this sudden change when he couldn't communicate properly. At first, i thought it was a normal tantrum that kids usually make. I spoke to the person in charge and teacher several times asking if everything was ok with him, if there was anything I should be aware about, or maybe his behavior, and they would claim all was fine. He would come back home hungry and thirsty. Several times I did find his water bottle full, as I would give it to him every morning. I would ask about it at the front and assistants would claim they refill their water bottles. September 2022, I transferred him to a new school and what a major shift. It's only been 4 months since he started this new school, and he is now talking words & sentences. He now wakes up happy every morning, even started dressing up on his own, & has even started talking sentences and now expresses how much he loves Ms. Hojas (his new teacher). He now returns his water bottle halfway empty, and lunchbox empty. I don't usually like to give any reviews or complaints, but I felt I needed to in this situation as it involves babies & kids. It's obvious to me now that my son was not well taken care of in this location. The reason I decided to put him into prek-3 in the first place was to help him interact with his fellow peers and maybe help with his speech. As this school claims all of their teachers are fully certified, and they utilize the Creative Learning Curriculum that affords children the opportunity to explore and discover as they grow and learn. 10 months into this preschool and there was no difference other than him becoming an unhappy 3-year-old. What exactly happened during those 10 months? I wish my son was able to tell me that himself but unfortunately, his speech delay didn't allow it at the time."

"This is a late review. This daycare was AMAZING. It was my son’s first time away from home. Agnes and Angelica were so reassuring from the beginning. I was able to call and they updated me about my son’s day. I felt comfortable knowing my son was in good hands! So much to the point, I took some time to myself after work before picking him up. Agnes also sent us photos of my son when he was trying new things! Not only are they competent and professional caretakers, Agnes also really thinks of the parents. With Covid, she listened to my concerns. You know she cares when she responds, “whatever makes you happy.” I am ever so appreciative for the time we spent at Happy Caterpillar."

"I would recommend this establishment to anyone without hesitation. They are always courteous, professional and they take good care of the children. My son has been going to this daycare for a few months now and I have absolutely no complaints. The teachers are very friendly, the daycare is very clean and organized. Worth every penny, gives me the peace of mind knowing that my child is in good hands. Ms. Agnes runs this establishment very well. She is always friendly with a smile on her face, very welcoming environment for kids. The food that is served is very healthy, always fresh and the kids love it. They are very transparent, I get daily updates on how my child is doing, what he did for the day etc. Overall great daycare, Thank You Guys!!!"

"The entire staff has made the transition for my son, into a learning environment and away from mommy for the day, a comfortable experience. They are very nurturing, and communicate well with me and my son. My son is always clean and happy when I pick him up. He is learning so much and is always busy when I arrive to pick him up. I am able to check in on him whenever I want. The facility is organized and clean. The owner is available to speak with and so nice. I am so happy I chose Happy Caterpillar Clubhouse. Thank you!"
