"Omni accepted assignment from CPSE for a Seit. The provider was Meloni Montalvo, MS. Meloni accepted the assignment. Meloni no called no showed for the assigmment did not return any calls and the agency has no idea where this provider is. The lack of professionalism from this agency and this provider is disgusting and frankly they be ashamed of how this situation was handled. If they hire someone like Meloni who thinks its appropriate to no call no show to an assignment one has to wonder the due diligence they take in hiring providers. Melanie you're a disgrace of an educator and you should be embarrassed of yourself. You let a child down, people are supposed to entrust you with educating their children. I hope someone reads this and declines to pursue employement opportunities with you. Your license should be censure likely this wasn't your first time and wont be the last time your are derelict in your duties. Edit to provide feedback: An apology only came because of this review and not before. I will not be gaslit into removing my review because there is a sudden concern for this employee why not call to check in on her when she no showed? Why not look into her personal file and call the emergency contact prior to this review. You asked my husband if i would be willing to remove my harsh review but i think the public deserves to know my experience so they can make an informed decision. You have my email and now my number feel free to call but throwing in that you dont know her whereabouts and are concerned for safety now is interesting 3 days after the no show. Any person concerned about safety would have probably called the day of the situation not 3 days after."

"I have been working for Omni for several years for both EI and SEIT services. The staff is professional, helpful and respectful. I had several supervisors and they have all been attentive. At the start of every school year, you get a free Omni bag with complimentary games you can use with your students. Did I mention they provide you with an Ipad if needed to use their app. All paperwork is done through their app for both EI and SEIT, which makes everything extremely convenient. It is the best company to work for!"

"Wonderful therapist, kids enjoy working with all of them :) the facility has all it needs for OT/ PT/ speech sessions, although might get a bit cramped in the waiting area during popular hours. We have been going there after daycare at rather late hours - 7- 7.30 sessions, which is very accommodating for someone in our situation."
