"The head nurse decided my 12 yr old child not sleeping, eating, or drinking for 2 days is a mental issue without even seeing him and won't set us an appointment. I guess this place wants a lawsuit."

"Our family did not have a good experience here. Even though everyone was very nice, some of the people there were very pushy about appointments. Like multiple phone calls daily to us and our OBGYN on why we weren't coming in for an appointment. It got so bad that they refused to reschedule one Friday. Even asking to get the next appointment on Monday or to see someone else was not acceptable. We had to see our specific pediatrician that day. So I had to leave work unplanned, and wake up our other child to come with us. They made it seem like an absolute emergency we come in, and then we went in for all of 5 minutes and left... Liana was the name of the lady who called and left repeated voicemails by the way. We are now driving 18 minutes out of our way, just to go to another pediatrician"

"I love everything about this place. I have never had a problem with anything. Front desk is always on top of appointments, the environment is so welcoming. But Dr Dovichi? This woman is nothing short of an amazing doctor. She has a calming presence, she’s to the point but also will listen to what you have to say. She makes sure that she is thorough and covers every possibility when your little one is sick instead of just throwing antibiotics at you and hoping it gets better or masks symptoms. I would trust her with anything. Thank you Dr Dovichi, for always giving me and my little one a peace of mind whenever we come see you. You are truly the best. You’re great at what you do!!!"

"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dovichi, I often think of her as sunshine in human form. She is supreme, and we switched pediatricians (having to drive 25 miles farther) because of how much we adore her. We have 7 kids (4 boys, 3 girls) and every one of them love her. She comes into the room and really cares about her patient and families. There are never long waits, we are always able to get in for acute visits and her office staff, nurses and partners (we love them all!) are welcoming, professional, kind, and her rooms are SO fun! Every room is a mural and enchanting, you will be hard pressed to find anyone or place better suited to keep your kids happy and healthy."
