"I’m baffled by the negative reviews and am certain they must not be talking about Dr Reyes. I started seeing her, switched my teen to her, then my other 3 kids. She makes every one of us feel like her only patients. She is *never* rushed, but we rarely have a wait, she is relatable, does not judge, explains everything, respects that we know our bodies best, she’s adorable with fun energy, very smart- I can not say enough good things about this Dr. Looking at the negative reviews they seem to be more about billing and scheduling- not about her care or character. This specific WakeMed was running on 2 Dr’s I think, down from 4. Dr Reyes explained that to me, told me appointments could take longer to get, but to call if I needed her."

"Had my appointment cancelled 3 times, each time being notified a day or two before the appointment. Future appointments are many months out. Very disappointed with this lack of accountability from the provider and Wakemed physician practices team!"

"Super unpleasant!! I had to make two appointments for my physical!!! first trip did absolutely nothing, but 30 mins wait after my scheduled time, she just sent me to do blood work (blood work is supposed to be a part of physical right??) ps: couldn’t do blood work that day in the building had to go somewhere else another day because of short of staff. And then she set up another physical appointment for me. A month later I got a bill for that did NOTHING visit :) It was over $300 :) I always know our health care and insurance are bad, but first time did three separate trips for a physical/lab and got charged for it :)"

"Very rude and unprofessional. I arrived within the grace period timeframe of my appointment and she refused to see me. I was not feeling well and was told to fast for my appointment. She said the lab was closed due to short staff and she won’t even check my vitals or glucose. I left and had to go to the urgent care. She never even called to tell me the lab was closed before I drove the 50 mins. She would not even come out and explain why. She is uncaring and selfish. I would not trust her to treat any human. She needs to practice mannerism. People like her should not be Doctors !"
