"I Went to Rockville Center location , unfortunately , the woman at the front named Sierra was less than helpful. Nasty condescending and rude.. and those are her good qualities. Must be the same woman that the last review was about. If it wasn’t for Valencia stepping in and helping me out I would have left. Valencia was professional and kind and I really appreciated it after dealing with Sierra. Sierra SHOULD NOT be in this industry or any other that deals with the public or customer service, she’s a VERY poor representation of a business."

"Some of the reviews say there is a rude Jamaican lady at the desk. There was no rude Jamaican lady when I went. Nobody was rude to me. I waited for 20 minutes. I had a Spanish lady. Her attitude was fine. However she injured me and I went last week. Now I am afraid to get my blood tested. I have done this for decades. I am 60 years old and never had an injury like this! Now I have to get to physical therapy twice a week. All I did was get my blood taken. I shouldn't have to go to PT. She hit a nerve went through a muscle and chastised me for moving when she took the blood out. If someone hit her in the nerve she wouldn't be able to move I am bruised but that doesnt bother me as much as not being able to move now several days later. That was my left arm. Now my right arm is tingling. I am sure NOTHING will be other than a public message. Here is the public message they sent to someone else.I told her to take it out and try the right arm. That arm was fine. She didnt injure me in the right arm. She was not upset about the injury at all on any level she was upset that I wanted her to take the needle out. Anyway here is the letter from management to another reviewer. I know NOTHING will be done. We are sorry to hear the experience at the Rockville Centre, NY Patient Service Center was not up to your standards. I am thinking phlebotomists at Labcorp are not trained. They all seem to want to get blood out at all costs. They should put the patient first then blood second. Anyway I am injured and I need to go to PT twice a week because of this blood test. I am afraid I will be paralyzed it is really bad. It is really bad.I cant move. Not only did she ruin the holiday for me she ruined my anniversary and PT doesnt know if I can get better all I did was go for a blood test. Now its 5 days later I cant move my arm all I did was get a blood test. It is nerve damage and IF it heals at all it will take at least 6 months. But it might not heal. I cant take a shower or perform regular tasks by myself my husband has to help me out of the shower. all I did was have a blood test. BTW no manager contacted me their attempts at looking good for the public failed. So its now October and my arm is only like 50% better my husband has to do everything for me but now he has gout and Singles. This girl ruined my life! The problem is with Lab corp itself they want take blood at all or any cost. I have PTSD now and am afraid to get my blood taken."

"I didnt even get to go leave a sample yet because they close at 3 what about people that work or have kids at home. Thank god I read the reviews to go before 2. I went there Google says closes at 4 I went there 3:11 they where closed. OK I just edited my review iv been here for a hour wanting to leave a urine sample. Lady at front desk is rude long black hair. She said there's to many people leaving urine. Never would I come here or tell anyone to. She giving older people attitude about not knowing how to check in and well with people with kids. If you don't like people don't work with people. Very disgusting to see in a medical facility."

"Got here today a little after 3pm as the website said they closed at 4pm. I knocked and a lady screamed from across the room saying that they are closed and walked away. I knocked again as I wanted to double check the time for tomorrow so I don't waste my time again coming in. After a few knocks she came back with an attitude. I just wanted to find out the time for tomorrow as the website was giving out the wrong time accordingto her. Her attitude totally sucked. Smh. I will be going to another location tomorrow."

"If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD . They close at 4 but don’t do urine test after 2 pm don’t you guys think that is something you should tell people before they come or disclose it on the website. So for the last two hours of the day what are you guys doing. I walk in on may 25,2023 at 2:30pm to the Spanish young lady sitting at the front desk watching something on her phone. Seems like they have more than enough time to do a 5 min urine test UPDATE: I went back 2 days later. Early like 1 hour after they open is the best time to go. The same lady was there but she was very nice and helpful. I think it’s because it was the end of the day and maybe tensions was high. But for future reference mornings is the best time to go ."
