"We were there twice last week for Both of my daughters and both appts were great (as great as two sick visits can be) - from the front desk, to the MA, to the PA… everyone was so friendly. The PAs were really great with my 3 and 8 year old, would have thought we were at a Peds urgent care! The wait time was nothing compared to other urgent care experiences (we were in and out in under 1 hour). Thank you to the staff who was there on 2/7 and 2/9!"

"The staff's attitude was good when I went for the pre-employment test; however, there was a wait time, unclear communication, and a slow response time! Just some general feedback: please inform your patient of the circumstances and the estimated time of your visit so they can decide what to do."

"Been to this place a few times, and staff has always been nice. However, I recently took my son, he was seen and I was told by the doctor to call back if his condition worsens. Unfortunately, his condition did worsen, so I called back into Fast Med but couldn't get past the "Receptionist." She's NOT A DOCTOR but recommended I "wait it out" regarding his condition. Thank you for your NO HELP!!"

"Great facility and very convenient location. But you get 5 stars because of your staff. Brittany checked us in and was so helpful with the whole insurance thing. Last thing you need to do is stress over that nightmare and Brittany made sure it was stress free. Next comes Pamela who helped me with preparing for the X-rays and myriad of questions needed for the doctor to be able to effectively understand my situation. She was so patient and made me feel safe and relaxed. Can’t say enough about Joseph. Doctors are great but I’ve found that PA’s can be even better. That was the case with Joseph. He had such a great bedside manner and really took his time with explaining the complications of my fractures (9 fractures in total of 5 ribs). I did end up having to go to the ER but they all made sure that every bit of information was ahead of me so that when I arrived there were no delays. Can’t thank you all enough for your patients and swift care that you had with me. I sure hope I never have to go back but will know I am in good hands if I do."

"I brought my daughter in here last Friday and had a great experience. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and made my daughter feel at ease being at the doctor's office. The person who brought us back was really nice, and the doctor was funny and thorough. My daughter was feeling a lot better within a few days. I will be coming back here for now on."
