"I was frantically looking for a test due to symptoms, and there was pop up testing site that guaranteed results in minutes and no appointment needed. Great! People were nice but told me to wait 72 hours at least. Fine, a bit disgruntled but it never came and I needed results asap. I got tested at a legitimate site (NYC Rapid Testing at 435 Coney Island ave, totally recommend this site) and was positive when waiting an appropriate amount of time. Just today after about 2 weeks they finally got back and nothing was detected. This place is bogus, avoid at all costs!"

"Wish I would’ve read the reviews before i used them. Basically I’m experiencing the same as everyone else. Tests results were promised to be ready within 24-48 hours and now I’m 6 days in and no results. They don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to emails either. What a disgrace at a time when people are truly in need."

"As I wrote before they took my test on Tuesday today is Friday no results. You cannot get anyone on the phone or by email. They took my insurance I am concerned about it. I will also send a report to the attorney general for false advertising. They said 24 to 48 hours it is now 72 hours and no results. Stay away from that Kings plaza van."
