"Wasted time. I made an appointment here on Lenox Hill Radiology for 8:15 am. I filled in all the pre-registration forms and arrived at 8:00 am. One of the staff from ACPNY informed me that the man will not be in until 9. I tell them I have an appointment for 8:15. They tell me he doesn’t work by appointment, just walk-in. I decide that I need this done so I will wait the one hour. The gentleman arrives at 9 am but does not honor the appointments, so he sees the walk-ins who arrived closer to 9 and At this point, I am livid because I have had to wait 2 hours to do a 3 minute procedure. Do not recommend this location."

"The technician was very professional and on point. All necessary information was given to me prior to xray. I give him ***** I recommend this establishment. Results were very fast."

"The technician was super rude. Nobody was in the office when I arrived that that man acted like there were 50. I ended up grabbing an older insurance which I explained to him but thank goodness I have the app for times like this. He claims I couldn’t use that and that I won’t be seen without the physical insurance card which is completely untrue since almost everything is digital. Finally after going back and forth with him for about 10mins he finally sends the link to my phone so I can successfully upload my documents to which I’ve been able to do for the past month. That man tried to refuse me service because he has an attitude and when he realized I wasn’t leaving till I got the x ray I needed them he tried to me nice. That was my first and last time there unless they get a new technician"

"By far the worst location I’ve dealt with. Scheduled Appointments don’t show up in their system at this location and technician has poor customer service skills furiously stating “I’m the only one working here doing X-Rays and checking in. You have to wait until I finish my lunch”. Looking forward to speaking with LHR corporate and Manager Carlos to provide adequate feedback on patient relation skills."
