"Stay away from Richmond Hill Radiology at all costs! My recent visit to their office was an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Their service is pathetic, and I would never recommend them to anyone. The staff at this office is extremely unresponsive and frustrating to deal with. They confirmed that they accepted my insurance plan when I made the appointment, but after waiting for an hour, they informed me that they don't accept my insurance plan. This was a complete waste of my time, and it's unacceptable that they didn't inform me of this before I arrived for my appointment. To make matters worse, they didn't seem to care about the fact that I had to cancel important meetings for this appointment. It's as if they don't value their patients' time at all. This level of disregard for their patients' time and well-being is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, save yourself the trouble and don't even consider Richmond Hill Radiology. They are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time. I will never go back to this office and will make sure to warn others to stay away."

"l had a breast ultrasound done there in January and l never received the results and my doctor received the results 2 m onths later and only because l was in her office and asked for them. They had to call Richmond Hill Radiology and have the results faxed. This delay in providing my results has resulted in my delay I receiving follow up tests for a breast issue..when l reported it, the response l received was very nonchalant. All that l received was an "Sorry". l need a follow up to a breast condition that was delayed for almost 2 months and and all l received was a "Sorry"..my health matters and so l woll be re evaluating whether l will ever go there again Michele"

"I previously had exams ordered for my wife and I. We both had our tests done at this office with great experiences. Upon recommending it to a friend of ours, she told me about the reviews on here. It seems as though these reviews can not be real for we both loved it and our friend went anyway and was happy to take our words rather than these statements. It was a great atmosphere with amazing people."

"This place has gone downhill quick. It's easy to understand why there are only a handful of patients here. They book an appointment, and don't check your insurance. I even asked when I booked my appointment, they said we check it prior to you coming in. NOT THEY DID NOT... The office Mgr, Grace, is the worse. Does not know how to speak to her customers. (if we don't go there, they will close), nor how to resolve problems. After they were completely wrong about my insurance, they called my doctor, who COULD NOT get an answer when he called them back multiple times... Technician said report in 3 hours to doctor, 24 hours later, still no report. Don't go here, these are VERY important tests we are having done. Don't need to be treated like this. Plenty of reputable places around. I usually support small businesses, bit O don't reccomend supporting this place"

"I have just left this facitlity and had tonshare my experience. Nadya the office manager and the staff was tremendously helpful, patient, informative and knowledgeable. Colleen the mri technician was also caring and answered all all of my many queations. I was calm during the mri because of her help. Additionally in was so glad the facility offered an OPEN MRI. I was able to be put on a waiting list for an appointment for the day I needed and I was able to be seen quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and technicians for their professionalism and care they put into my their job. As a patient it's very appreciated. Further, I was able to receive the cd of my report in less then 5 min."
