"When I first got to this hospital, I was in room 202, I forgot what unit that was but the nurses and the PCA’s over there were so delightful. They made me not want to leave the hospital. Janice, Melissa, Emma, they were amazing over there. They deserve a raise. I was transferred over to unit J in which I had to deal with Rude and nasty people. Rishena and Tamika unit J don’t need to be helping people with their attitudes. I was so uncomfortable for the rest of my stay in this unit. I asked for pain meds at 8:55pm and did not receive it until 9:30 pm like that is ridiculous. I’m hooked up to an IV and if I click the button to use the bathroom, it’s nothing but attitudes. That’s why I’m rating it 2 stars. If I stayed with the other nurses, it would’ve been 5 stars"

"One star for the wonderful receptionist who helped us check in. Technician Darius had absolute white man toxic masculinity energy who 1) tried to scare my partner with the syringe and his lack of experience with an MRI 2) told me “He’s a big boy” and did not let me accompany him despite patient consent."

"I’ve been trying to get an appointment for weeks with Dr. batterman. The receptionist kept telling me to call back and whenever I did she told me to callback again; this happened like five times. Then the last time I called she had me on hold forever and when I hung up and called back I got the machine saying the office was closed; I feel like the receptionist was screening my calls. I’ve never had an issue trying to get an appointment, it’s ridiculous."

"I just called for an appointment with the neurologist. The operator was so sarcastic and rude. Trying to make u feel stupid. Meanwhile, there is a reason you are calling for the neurologist. Obviously things are not okay. (I'm not ordering a cake lady. I'm trying to get medical care. Have some empathy.)"

"The technicians they're are wonderful and friendly. they make you feel very comfortable. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the reception area. Maybe it's just the woman behind the counter, but they were very very cold, and they make sure absolutely everything is signed and dotted and signatured. There is even an arbitration clause in there about the New York managed care act... 25 bucks for a CD too. money grubbers."
