"What kind of place forces you to reschedule an appointment for a biopsy, which caused me to need to reschedule again, then in the meantime I’m texted to see if I want an earlier time? I tell them no thanks, I show up for my appointment and suddenly there’s a problem with my insurance. I call my insurance on the spot, they tell me there should be no such problem and provide me with a confirmation number. ZP still wants me to fill out a sheet saying I’m responsible for any costs while they sort out my insurance situation. I sorted things out myself and walked out and found another place to do my test. No consideration for people whatsoever. It’s just a freaking biopsy, no “biggie” as they say."

"I was trying to contact them for days, no response to my emails. I was put in a difficult situation by one of their receptionist regarding my bill. I was told I don't have to pay anything for my exam but after few months I found a bill for few hundred dollars from them. Because I moved to another state, I didn't get mailed bills on time, now I ended up with some collection agency. I specifically asked receptionist before the exam about billing me because I couldn't afford to pay at that time, I would reschedule my appointment or cancel it at all.
