"Today i went to some blood work but that lady who took my blood she was very bad at this. My arms are swelling and so much pain and constantly bleeding.very very bad experience also there was a indian lady i asked her some information about quest diagnostic center but she was so confused about information but i don’t understand why the hell she is doing there if she doesn’t know any information."

"Just went in to do some bloodwork and came out with a sore and bruised arm. The girl who did my bloodwork was extremely rough and kept complaining i had small veins when ive never had an issue with getting blood taken out. She kept moving the needle in my arm which was extremely painful and kept pressing down on the needle IN MY ARM. I came home and the spot where she took blood was bruised and even hours later i can barely move my arm bc of how rough she was. Terrible place, the way the treat people is cruel and inhumane"

"The first time took several hours waiting for FAX from my Doc. I called my Doc and they verified they had sent FAX over an hour ago. Quest claimed the reason for delay was "the system was backed up." The second time I had my prescriptions with me. There must have been some "no shows" as I was seen a few minutes before my appointment time. The third time I was seen about 20 minutes after my scheduled time. At all visits the staff was courteous, helpful and patient. Unfortunately the place was overcrowded with many folks standing - possibly because of walk-ins from that day as well as previous day. I am going to try the Cedarhurst location because I had to walk about 6 blocks from bus stop to the Jamaica Quest because there was no available parking near Jamaica Ave except for meters (if you are lucky enough to get one). Cedarhurst appears to have parking but reviews from earlier years were really terrible. I am hoping that by now management has corrected those issues. Wish me luck."

"The processing is a BIG NO!!! Take an appointment person and then a walk-in person. OR KNOCK OUT THE QUICKEST ONE...... No wayyyyyy it should take 4/5 hours for just a drug test & a drug test for employment only usually takes no more than 5 mins!!!!......."

"I came here with my grandmother for the first time to get her blood test done after she was referred. I was a little nervous seeing all the negative reviews for this location, but after actually going there, I didn’t think it was so bad. We had an appointment at 10:30 am, but we arrived a few minutes earlier and had to wait. Checking in was easy, since it was done through a tablet and took about a minute to do so. We waited 15 mins after our appointment time before getting called up, and the nurse who performed the blood test was very kind and patient. I thought the appointment would take longer, but it was the average time, and the staff were nice and neutral. I will say that making an appointment is encouraged rather than just walking in (even though walk-ins are allowed and you are given a warning that you won’t be guaranteed a checkup before making your decision to stay or leave). Overall a good spot!"
