"I have been seeing Dr. Pollock for many years. I have been to many ENTs but he is by far the best. He always seems to have the right solution for my sinus infections, ear infections or other related issues. You may have to wait a few minutes but it is worth the wait. He and the staff are excellent."

"If you don't mind waiting over an hour, I waited 1hour and 10 minutes before I left without seeing Dr. Polloi. My appointment was at 9:15. The lady that works there had the nerve to tell me that she wished she had never made that appointment for me. Not half as much as me. Like they are the only office In town. "Dr. Botros is AMAZING with kids!! It's like he's a pediatrician! My son is 2.5 years old and just had tubes put in his ears - it literally took less than 10 minutes. Dr. Botros is fantastic about explaining everything and doesn't pressure you at all. He is one of the best doctors I've ever had - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
