"one lady at the front desk i am not sure her name it might have been Natalia according to my paper she printed for me was INSANELY rude. My boyfriend was in line behind me asking how much it would be to get looked at and after telling him 400 dollars (which is fine we expected it to be high) she LAUGHED in his face after he said he doesn’t have it upfront and will go somewhere else. He was weak and could barely speak bc his throat was so hoarse and she full on laughed bc he didn’t have insurance. The doctor that saw me was extremely nice and wonderful but whoever it is up front is incredibly rude"

"Was able to get my 3yo in relatively quickly during flu season to be diagnosed with the flu. There was a wait, which is to be expected during flu season. The staff, from the front desk to RN were very friendly, and Dr. Ketura Isidore was amazing. She was great with kids!"

"Had an estimated appt at 250 pm. I show up at 235 pm. I don’t get pulled back from the waiting room until 4 pm. And still waited over 45 minutes to be seen besides the generic blood pressure and weight. The front staff were playing inappropriate music for the workplace and making personal phone calls. They were disrespectful to the providers as well. Do not come here if you don’t have hours to wait around. I would have left but they already obtained co-pay. Provider was equally as rude."

"This place is horible! Waited for more than 3 hours. More than 2 hours in the waiting area and 1 hour in the room and not get checked up and I just had to leave. I just wasted a lot of time and money for missing work. I came in the morning and there was not much patient waiting yet. Nurses couldn't even assist for me to find out how much longer I still need to wait so I can report back to my boss. Lack of assistance and information is the reasons why I decided to just leave the facility. The nurse who took my information (blood pressure, weight etc ) was nice though."

"Typical doctor’s office. This location is very popular and is usually busy. You have to show up early and you probably are already in line. Doctors offer good assistance in diagnosis or referring to correct doctor/facility that can do so. They offer sports physicals too! You can check in online ahead of time and then show up a little before your appointment. At least this feature allows you to wait where you want and not necessarily in a doctors office. ***I initially wrote this review while waiting for help and based on past experiences but after today’s experience, I had to adjust it. My family waited for almost 2 hours only to be told “you have the flu and you are severely dehydrated but we can’t help with that. You have to go to the hospital we do not perform IVs” No offense, but given COVID and the flu season, shouldn’t there be a sign that states to EVERYONE that this facility cannot assist with dehydration if you are ill. It was absolutely ridiculous as they use to offer fluids and that is why we trusted to go there."
