El Sombrero

"I’ve been coming to El Sombrero for years. The food has been very consistent and my Mexican and Peruvian friends love this place. I have come here as well as taking it to go. We don’t even live nearby, but we like it so much, that we drive half an hour to eat here. I’ve brought friends from all over the world to eat this ceviche. That said, tonight was a bit different. We were served by Miriam (according to the receipt). She was not only rude, she would roll her eyes every time we asked for something. I usually run into the sweet lady who’s always there who seems to be a manager or one of the owners, not sure. But I would have loved it if she was there so she could have a conversation with this girl. I’m definitely gonna be coming back, but I’m gonna wish that that girl is not our server next time"

"My favorite spot for ceviche and Peruvian food! Service is always friendly, food is always delicious and plentiful. I’ve never left unsatisfied."

"We try couple of this of menu... We had the fajita but it need a flavor was veey plan. We also had the tallarines saltiados con carne was okay and we had carne asado again needs flavor They need to spice the food a bit more..plus we order a beer & was expired. Just they need a bit a of improvement they need clean the bottle too because it was dirty and i had to asked the server for a cup... Try to help local bussiness but they fail me this time ."

"Every thing was great except some off my maduros were not ripe enough so they lost a star. The cevice was extra good so they get the star back. We also had the red fruit drink which is super sweet. I could have done without it. The grilled fish was cooked perfect but next time I'll ask they go light on the salt."
