"I came in for a routine appointment this afternoon during a time that wasn’t busy at all. As I walked in, another patient was being helped by two of the 5 receptionists. I hesitated approaching the desk because one was chatting with another employee who was leisurely hanging on the desk, and the other was messing with a giant cardboard box. She CLEARLY saw me walk in AND approach the desk. She knew I was standing there because she completely ignored me and continued messing with the box. She finally looked up at me with this “attitude”, not friendly at all, and asked if she could help me. I said hello, and she suddenly became all syrupy-sweet. It is her job to be helpful and professional, and to acknowledge me as the patient. I am not standing there to discuss the weather. Of course she can “help me”!! I am not interested in playing these emotionally dysfunctional office assistant-patient games. I’m there to see the Dr, and I deserve to be treated with respect. I’m being generous with the 3-stars because Dr. Moss did his job. This office is nothing more than a “mill”, where they get you in and out and collect their copay."
"This was my first experience with Charlotte ENT (Matthews Location). 10/10! The front desk staff were kind and helpful; the facility clean; and Dr. Moss was the BEST! I had been to a different ENT / practice in charlotte area and had a negative experience. Dr. Moss was funny, kind, and put me at ease with severe ear struggles I’ve been having. He was incredibly knowledgeable but also very empathetic. You’ll be in good hands with him!"
