"I would not recommend this doctor. The previous posts about arrival time I can confirm. I could hear him while waiting for my appointment, “why did they check them in”, “they’re going to have to wait”. He spent just a couple of minutes with me, didn’t listen to my concerns, and within just a few minutes said I should get a second opinion. You wait months for an appointment to meet a guy rushing to get out of the office. When I left I had more things to say about what was going on, but I didn’t because he didn’t ask, and the appointment was so rushed we got to let’s get a second opinion before I could tell him. This was just a waste of months of waiting. I would recommend not seeing this provider at all costs."

"Grafenberg’s office is absolutely horrible. I tried to see him twice and couldn’t even make it past the front desk for the following reasons: 1. My appointment was at 2pm. I showed up at 2:04pm. They sent me home for being late. Absolutely made no effort to work with me. 2. I rescheduled my appointment because of being late, confirming with the scheduler twice that the appointment would be at 2 again. I show up 25 minutes early and the desk told me my appointment was actually at 1:20. They cannot keep scheduling records straight . I for sure as hell am not going to trust them with my medical information. Will be going somewhere else. Their administration is the worst I have ever seen."

"I went in to his office to get a Septoplasty, and I was greeted really quick, the surgery was quick, the recovery was fine.... if you have breathing problems... get your nose fixed!"

"I had an appointment for my newborn son with Dr Grafenberg at their hoke county office. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm. My son has a lip tie which is why he was being seen at the ENT office. We arrived at 2:32 because my son was fussing. There was someone ahead of us in line. After checking in and sitting down with my crying baby, the receptionist told me that we would have to wait until the end of clinic to be seen because we were late for the appt. When I checked the time it was 2:45. So he expected me to wait with a crying, hungry newborn for two hours. The Star that i gave was only because his front staff were so kind. I can understand being upset that an adult was late and making them wait, but you can’t control a newborn. I got my money back and I won’t go back again. I don’t recommend anyone else go there if they are hoping for a patient dr."
