"I have been a patient of this practice for over 15 years going back to the original owner. This past Friday I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for my regular exam. I arrived at 7:55. Office was locked and dark. At 8:02 two women arrived. One said "Do you have an appointment?" I replied "Yes, at 8:00." She responded "OK OK! The Doctor is not even here yet." I asked when the Doctor would be here. She replied, "The Doctor will be here when he gets here." Amazing. I sat down and was called back at 8:15 for tests. The Doctor saw meat 8:35. When she was finished, I relayed this story to her. She smiled and giggled a little, and said she did not know what time they were supposed to be here, that she would speak with the office manager. I am upset that I now need to change practices, And as I was leaving, I realized none of them had asked about my arm being in a sling!"

"I had an 8 AM appointment on a Friday. I arrived a few minutes early. The office was dark and locked. Someone didn't show up to open the office until 8:05 AM. I wasn't taken back for my exam until 8:15 AM. With that being said, all of the staff were friendly and kind. Doctor Ashlin Mikolich was great! She explained everything well and was very personable. I was able to get a year's worth of contacts for $91. I also liked that this office has the optomap retinal exam because I do not like getting my eyes dilated. I wish they had the ability to make payments online. Overall, I had a good experience and I will be back next year."

"This office recently merged with my old office. I’m not sure if it’s just a problem with the transition and they will work out the kinks in the future, but I did not have a great experience. I called 3 times each a week apart to order contacts, and each time I was told they needed the doctor to call me back. I never received any calls back, so I ended up just getting contacts elsewhere because my prescription was soon to expire. Now that it’s expired though, I am getting weekly texts and emails to make an appointment. meh."

"I didn't have the best experience with Drs or staff. The staff is pretty basic standoffish and too busy to be courteous, although my first time going in, they were very generous with the older women in front of me. The prices are higher than Americas best; I purchased one pair of RayBans and contacts for the price that I bought two teams and a year's worth of communications from America's Best. Service seemed worst than America's Best or Tunnel Vision. I injured my eye and was charged for my visit and the $100 steroid, but when I requested an eye patch, my doctor said jokingly, “you can go out and purchase a pirate patch.” I asked for my info via email twice and never received my prescription info and visit information and had to go back in again to get all of the above."
