"I had 3 days left to live when admitted sept 2013 I am in full remission since April 2014. Now I’ll admit 95% of time great as I’m alive still wow ! But let’s say my oncologist finds out everything so no issues and stress. I only had 1 nurse that needs stay on floor 7 but again I have 5 stars as they took a chance I’d be up fir the challenge. The head of research is excellent down to med techs. Any time an issue let operator know or your oncologist otherwise I got best cate ever laughed joked around w dr rounds and Nurses. I have them to thank I’m alive w 3 days left to live and accepted into a phase 3 study Wow ! Wilmott also recently saw bloodwork saying I was falling out of remission I’m back in right cell counts giving them protocol I followed at home dietary and supplements"

"The doctors, nurses and entire staff were outstanding and the communication and cleanliness was first class! The oncology recovery facility is terrific and I am so pleased with our experience in an otherwise highly stressful and unsettling situation. Amazing job by all! Thank you."

"Appointment is at 3:30. We arrive at 3:00. Nurse calls my wife for weight, height, and BP at 3:45. So far, so good. At 4:30 a NP comes in to talk. It's now 5:20 and the custodial staff is the only person in sight. No one has stopped to give us any update. Hopefully someone will speak to us with an update. We understand getting behind but there is no communication. Finally, 5:30 the doctor appears and gives us all the time in the world. She was great with explanations, questions and answers. If only they would take one minute to keep us updated, our visit would have been more pleasant."

"I would like an compete account of my patient case ( prior to June 1, 2016 , on June1 ,2016, and the June 3, 2016 pathology report) all the result of the second opinion of Dr Michelle Shayn provided in an exam , consult , review of medical records provided 1) Lipson Cancer Center , Dr Meri Atanas ( records provided , exchanges , released back , and result of , recommendations for radiation therapy , opinions , diagnostic tests results , pathology slide samples 2) Sloan Kettering , all exchanges as a result of my July / August 2015 seconds opinion / diagnostic test results / biopsies / blood work up evaluation , opinion -.recommendation for radiation therapy , pathology slide samples 3 ) with Tumor Board meeting which medical services provided to me on June 1, 2016 pathology slide samples of a) Tumor b) lymph node c) nipple d) tissue . I would also like the date of the tumor board review , the attendees, location , meeting minutes , reports , recommendations , usage of my case medical material , and who was intended to followup with a report to me the breast cancer patient who has this 0.1% rare form of Estrogen Positive Metaplastic Breast Cancer . I also would like an account to distinguish the Pluta/ Wilmont and Strong Medical institutes who gained access and usage to my patient/ cancer medical records , and then for each institute to release to me a account of use, purpose , intent, result, and result of . To further my request , consider this my notice revoking any consent or permission or authorization for the use of my patient cancer medical information to be use for any purpose . I want Strong/ Pluta/ Wilmont and any medical associate to provide me a compete file of reports and activities and usage and sharing and research lab results and opinions and Speculation and test evaluation and teaching usage"
