"They got the job done. I had really fubared my sewing machine trying to repair it myself. I’m usually better at mechanical repair but being a novice seamster, I royally messed it up. Finally gave up and took it to a professional. They fixed it at the exact quote they gave me at drop off. Machine runs great. I’ll def use them in the future because I know I’ll break it again."
"The customer service at this shop is poor. My mother went to this shop this week and the woman helping her was very rude with the questions she asked. I am not sure she will ever return. This is unfortunate as my mother loves to sew and has purchased multiple machines from this store in the past. A small business should always show kindness!"
"I could not be more impressed with AAA ! My 1985 Singer has never run better that I can remember. Nick is a very thorough repair person who spends the extra time to make sure all in great running order. You can even talk to him about what was wrong!! Clearly he has a passion for the fine work he does. The service was prompt and folks there were most courteous. Has to be one of the finest businesses in North Carolina!"
"Very disappointing. Don't waste your money. Took sewing machine in to fix. After 3 days I return to pick it up and after charging me $90 they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. They told my wife not to use old string. When I asked what was done to it to get it working again and they couldn't tell me. They just kept saying "Some times sewing machines just stop working." After $90 and no reason....Is my machine running again... Yes. Will I ever go back there...... No. If it was a McDonalds I could understand the experience, but mom and pop shops need to show the love. I own a service business and will happily tell everyone about my poor experience there."
