"Had an appointment for my 2 year old and he was having one of his tantrums. Of course, my wife and I tried our best to get him calmed down so they could do some work on him and fill out the paperwork. The lab tech that got my son’s blood work was quite rude and did not explain what was happening as we were not familiar with the blood draw from the finger. The blonde girl doing the check-out at the computer was also rude when asking questions about his 2 1/2 year appointment. No sympathy or communication from either of these people. The ONLY two reasons I would come back to this office would be because of Dr. Aldrich. Great bedside manners, knowledgeable about my son’s development, and spent the time to explain things and give us a chance to ask questions without feeling rushed. The other reason is because the person that gave my son his shot and got his height and weight was VERY patient and respectful."

"Took my infant son to be seen today. Dr. Sheikh was very rude and unprofessional to my mom when she asked questions for clarification. His attitude was terrible and he rushed the entire appointment. He spent maybe 2 minutes MAX with my kid. He half a** assessed my kid and didn't do any testing to verify his diagnosis. We usually see Dr. Hussain which is who we prefer because she's the best. Total opposite of him. We will NOT be seeing him again. Overall we usually have great experiences with LC Pediatrics but not today."

"Been going to longstreet for my kids pediatrician for over 10 years. I have tried to make them an appointment on mychart before and it always says call the office to make the appointment, Monday I was on mychart and tried to make an appointment online and it worked, let me pick the Dr and date and time and I even checked in for the appointment and received several texts confirming it. I get to the Dr's office today for them to tell me that you can't schedule appointments online and that she doesn't have an appointment. Not once did anyone show any empathy or apologize for the inconvenience. They said they would ask the nurse if they could see me today and I was told no by her. No apology from her either. I think it's ridiculous that they let you schedule appointments online and than act like I'm the idiot. No one wants to call and wait on hold forever to make an appointment. They wasted 2 hours of my life and my child missed school for no reason. And no one seemed to care. Terrible customer service. Wish I could give negative stars. They don't deserve the 1."

"The nurse who gave my 4-month-old daughter the vaccine on her thighs bruised her thighs. When my baby had her vaccines at 2 months her thighs were not bruised. Also I asked this nurse if I could have 5 minutes to finish the paperwork so I could hold my baby. Because my baby doesn't like strangers and will be very fussy. The nurse insisted that she got it, grab my baby. My baby cries immediately. My baby ended up spits out all of her oral vaccine. Please tell your employee to be patient with babies and listen to their parents."

"7/19/23 Fun fact this pediatrics office will dismiss you're kids without providing a reason why. Not a fan. Dr Sheikh is very condescending when he speaks. If you show any emotion he will direct his appointment towards you. The interruptions, sighing and all around poor demeanor makes me feel less than welcomed. Also the constant requests for a review of his performance on a day where he spent less than 5 mins with my child is very annoying. Personally I'm not sure I will be going back. The desk staff and appointment staff we're lovely."
