"Showed up at 6:15pm today (1/26/2024) to get a drug test for my job. Signs and online clearly state open til 8pm. Lights were off and door was locked. No women would answer the phone either."

"I went in yesterday (12/29) for a walk in appointment. The people at the front end were very sweet. The gentleman was very helpful with my first time sign in steps. The visit was a little pricey compared to other urgent cares I’ve been to under my insurance but I really needed the medication I came for so I brushed off the cost. I got called back, nurse who was taking my vitals was an absolute sweetheart. The doctor on the other hand I had quite an issue with. I didn’t see him but for less than 2 minutes. When he came in the room he asked me what was going on, I told him I have a gum infection and really need an antibiotic. He looked at my gums and then asked me “you do know there are people who specialize in this kind of stuff right? Like dentists?” Like I don’t know what a dentist is! The only reason I came there is because I couldn’t get into the dentist until the following Tuesday and I really didn’t want to suffer through the pain the entire weekend. It was extremely condescending and I really don’t feel like I should have to explain that to a doctor. Your doctors need a brush up on patient interaction. It’s been very hard for me to get help about this issue because it’s so embarrassing and to have someone make you look like an idiot for it just doesn’t sit right with me."

"I had to come in for a drug screening for my new job. There was literally a max of two people in the waiting room. I waited a total of 40 minutes to be seen. 30 of those minutes were waiting for them to handle two people, and then 10 minutes of them playing around, and laughing before I even got called back. The receptionist was just playing around on her phone not trying to see why the other patients in the lobby (myself included) weren’t being called back! I will definitely be using a different place for any future events I may need! I feel the name should be changed, since I didn’t feel the FAST part was accurate!"

"Came in for a random drug screening from my employer. Service was good, examiner was nice and was seen very quickly. During the paper work after completing the drug screen, I asked her to attach a paper to be sent in with my screening. She said, “that wasn’t necessary to do so and it will be fine without it.” However, after she sent confirmation via computer, she told me “it probably would have been better if she had attached the paper and could have done so.” After asking another personal question she responded to me with one thing and after I left, I called the front desk to make sure that was the correct information and was told a contradicting answer as the examiners. Leaving me confused of which answer may be accurate. Hoping this helps the employees to be trained and informed of the legitimate policy. Best regards, Josh"

"I went to Fast Med on a Sunday morning recently. The front check in person was polite, professional and took down my information. I waited in the lobby about 10 minutes. When I was called to the exam room the assistant was also polite, professional and gathered information about my illness and took my vital signs. The assistant already had orders to get a strep swab, so that was completed before the doctor came in. The doctor came in about 10 minutes later and gave results of testing, asked questions regarding symptoms, then completed my exam. The doctor gave diagnosis, explained the medications that I needed. I was given the opportunity to ask any questions and at discharge I received papers regarding diagnosis, and medication instructions as well as side effects. The visit was efficient, timely, and I was glad I went. The facility itself was very clean and organized. I would recommend Fast Med to family and friends. I work as a nurse myself and I was very satisfied with my care."
