"Don’t ever! Especially if you have curly hair! Protect your hair and stay away from Jessica! Rude and abusive. Cuts layers or not regardless of what you ask her to do. Ignores your natural curl patterns. When asking for side sweep bangs/fringe as a change- she told me to bend my head forward and cut a HUGE center section straight across the bottom and said “try this”. It was heavy and boxy and ruined the rest of the cut. I called to ask her to lighten that section and save the rest of the style. Not a single return call! That was December 5th! Now January 2nd she calls me back after my 4th message on the salon phone and tells me you missed the 1 week policy! She couldn’t bother to have anyone call me back to come in and show the botch job in 1 month but tells me I have to have her correction cut within 1 week! Funny- I was able to schedule another local salon which CORRECTED HER WORK WHICH TOOK CONSIDERABLE EFFORT ON THEIR PART on December 21st after waiting 10 days for their next appointment. Yet today she speaks like a raging lunatic telling me it is my fault she botched my hair and couldn’t have ANYONE from the salon return my call. So now I paid her $60 and paid another $60 to have someone do damage control on her breakdown at the end of my cut. A polite professional would have wanted to look at it, fix it, refund the cut or have a colleague correct it. STAY AWAY FROM SALONS WHO DON’T CARE AS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Rude and insulting on the phone just trying to discuss why no one called me back in 1 months time!!! So poor and cheap and so desperate for business they don’t try to handle even a correction request with any dignity. PROTECT YOUR HAIR AND STAY AWAY FROM ABUSIVE PERSONALITIES - GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"
