"We had our youngest here for a stint. The facility is beautiful and some of the staff was awesome. The director we liked left shortly after we started, and it's been a revolving door of poor leadership since. Most of the staff that we loved are gone. We didn't have good experiences with the team in the 18 month + room where our boy was headed. Our pickup times changed between 3 and 6 based on our schedule. Many days our boy had diapers full of poop and pee, indicating 3+ hours without a change. One time we noted 8 out of 10 days with full poop. Owner would not refund the deposit when we didn't want to move to the 18 month + room. It's a great facility and there are some good people there, but we won't be going back."

I love that she was very personable and her goal for this center and the children is very innovative. "For the time that we've been bringing our son to daycare, I can confidently say he's in amazing hands. Being a first time parent, I had worries about whether he would acclimate well with others, etc. The staff, and owner always greets me and my family with the utmost respect and with smiles on their faces. He's acclimated so much better than I could have ever hoped. From the first day of tears and fears, to now running towards the building when we arrive, excited to start another day of play, to playing with other kids and all the fun things inside and outside at the playground. It just warms my heart. Additionally, the app is such a fantastic way that staff can keep in touch with me and my wife, letting me know about meals, diaper changes, naps, and any other pertinent information. If something needs to be brought to your attention (for example, if they got a boo-boo, etc) they are very quick to inform, as well as respond to any follow-up questions. The meal variety is excellent and fresh, and the place is always spotless. I feel he's in excellent hands and I am elated that I gave KinderKiddz the opportunity to be that amazing environment that I know my sons not only needs, but that he deserves. Thank you!"

"I'm a teacher at Kinderkiddz and it is place where everyone works as a community. It's a pleasure working with the amazing owner that has helped me with everything i need help with. She is very responsive and treats the staff with care. It is a great place for kids to play and communicate with each other and other teachers. It is a fun and clean place where both the teachers and kids can enjoy. I love being with the kids!"
