"Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and the worker came out and stated she would be right with and I sat in the waiting room for another 20mins while they laughed and played in the back. And there was no patients waiting or in the back. This ridiculous!!!"

"I went yesterday for an appointment at 3:30. I was served within 10 minutes of arriving by Giovanny. Getting blood work is usually difficult for me, however Giovanny was excellent and made the process very easy. Great experience and great customer service."

"I went there like 9:45am to drop off something and the nurse told me I have to make an appointment or wait on the walking list until 1:30pm. Which doesn’t make sense. Why do I have to wait that long just to drop off something! I left and went to another quest diagnostic place and they call me up as soon as I clicked on the option in the small computer for dropping off without even signing up with the patient name or anything."

This is a criticism of Quest’s overall business model as opposed to the great, underpaid staff at this location. Old: One of my top Quest experiences. Open when they said they’d be (not always the case with Quest) nice workers, standard waiting room, I checked the walk-in time online and was in and out in 5 minutes."
