"Front desk put the incorrect name bracelet on me. Waited while others who came after me were called in. When I realized the bracelet had another patient name I approached the desk nicely and the woman was irritated, slammed her book and sighed. The tech doing the mammogram said to open the gown. I did and she said, " where is it?" Very angry and annoyed. She didn't ask me to show her the location only "to open my gown". I almost started crying and wanted to leave. Literally scared of her. The sonogram tech was very nice. Never had issue here until today."

"First of all, I was in and out in a very short time. I did not have to wait at all. The women at the front desk were very friendly and warm. I've been here many times before and the x ray techs have always been very nice. They even have delicious complimentary coffee! However, the last time I went, the woman who did the mammogram must have been having a very bad day or simply hates her job. She was very cold and unfriendly and wouldn't even help me get my arm out of the gown when I said that I was having trouble because my shoulder hurt. Getting a mammogram is stressful and even painful. People working in a health care setting should understand this and try to mitigate someone's apprehension, not add to it by displaying a cold, indifferent attitude."

"I had a very pleasant experience with my mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy at The Imaging Center. Everyone was pleasant and put me at ease. I was very comfortable."

"Dr. Brian Burke did a painless biopsy on me; I was so relieved. He explained what he was doing and was excellent. The staff also doing the mammograms, sonograms, Dr. Picano, and especially Suzanne Burns were thorough, kind, caring, informative and pleasant. A situation which was originally taxing and stressful turned out to be much less of an ordeal. I am so grateful for their expertise and professionalism."

"There is a lack of communication between providers. I had an 8:40 appointment today. I have to make the time up at work that I lost. I waited 20 minutes for the nurse to tell me that the radiologist did not feel comfortable doing my ultrasound because there was no order for a mammogram. This should have been addressed before my appointment. I now have to make up an hour of work for absolutely no reason since I was not even seen. They encouraged me to come back for an appointment, but I may just pay the extra for a provider that takes peoples’ time into consideration."
