"Professional and courteous staff. It was a busy and full waiting room, but they moved people through remarkably efficiently. Arrived 15 min early as requested to complete the basic paperwork. Was seen almost exactly on time with minimal wait. Didn’t feel rushed by the attending tech working the imaging equipment - they took time to ask questions, explain next steps, and generally just provide a good patient experience."

"Could not believe how rude and put out the blonde receptionist was. Only one other couple in the waiting room and she was too overwhelmed with her job to answer a question. The following day, my husband and I went to the imaging office at Northeast Med, and the receptionist there (who had at least 30 people in her waiting room was kind, welcoming and productive."
