"I am very disappointed in doing business with Affordable Cooling & Heating. He missed putting in a drain pipe on the install of a brand new Goodman unit and the duct work he put in is all full of water and sagging in less than 3 years from the install. Had to have him come out for a board being bad on the Goodman unit (10 years parts warranty), which my husband being in HVAC already diagnosed being bad, which I relayed to him. Well we had to pay for a service call to get the part my husband can install himself. When talking to him about the sloppy install, the owner put the blame on someone he had working on the job, no responsibility taken, just shrugged it off like no big deal. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

Frank's assessment didn't surprise us; he could repair the 25 year old compressor or replace it with a more efficient one. We elected to replace it and our utility bill went down considerably."
