"Dr. Heather Anderson came in with an attitude, accused me of being confrontational because I used AAVE then I let her know I was overwhelmed and not confrontational and she made snarky comments about how I speak saying me using AAVE is unfortunate. No it’s not it’s just she’s racist so to her I’m angry because she doesn’t use AAVE because it’s an African American form of speaking. And she told me the issues I was describing was out of her scope then said nothing was wrong."

"The nurses and front desk are excellent and nice, Dr Shaffer is nice but is not knowledgeable to help ALL patients in their areas of concern. If you are an easy patient that just needs something quick taken care of then she is for you, but if you want someone who is willing to take the time and care for you and truly listen to ALL your concerns then go somewhere else. It's unfortunate when a doctor becomes a doctor for themselves and not for the people they want to care for in the long or short term. What she told me was basically the same thing Google told me on how to treat my condition. I left feeling worse than when I arrived and unassisted about my concerns. I will be finding a new doctor for my future health concerns."
