"I was looking for an endocrinologist and stumbled upon Cary endocrine. I can say the whole process of making an appointment and the events thereafter were nothing short of ideal. Dr. Yoo shows excellent care and demonstrates clear dedication to her work. I felt much better after leaving and following the steps she provided me with. I can not recommend Cary endocrine enough!!"

"Stay away from this place!! I recently moved to Cary from Connecticut where the care was so much more professional and I was ALWAYS seen by a doctor. I have been to this office now 4 times and have NEVER spoken to a doctor once! I always get a nurse, not even a PA. I'm sure they bill my insurance provider for a visit to see the doctor??? None of my prescriptions have EVER been sent in correctly, I call the office and get a run around, its VERY hard to understand the office staff, when I call in and ask when I could have an appointment to see the doctor they continually tell me that "she is very busy" and they cannot guarantee that I would be seen by the doctor. As a business owner myself I have to assume that this doctor has hired a bunch of nurses verses adding additional doctor staff so that she can make more PROFIT $$. Read other reviews, you will see the same. I see the responses from other posts by the office and they are all the same....Sorry, blah blah blah."

"This practice is great! I have been dealing with my thyroid condition for about eight years and I have been to 2 other endocrine practices - Raleigh Endocrine Associates and Carolina Endocrine PA. Both of these practices were TERRIBLE but Cary Endocrine and Diabetes Center has been thorough, punctual and has great follow through. Their providers listen to your concerns and are open to trying alternative interventions If your symptoms are not well controlled. I don't know why good endocrinologists are hard to find but I highly recommend this practice!"

"Hard pass. Took almost four months to get an appointment. Talked to Dr. She was nice, barely said anything. Got blood work. Admittedly, ranges were normal. Didn't speak again to Dr. Would not recommend."

"This is a long longe overdue review. I have been a patient of this supervisor center, and my health started to improve from the first visit. Yes, it is an extremely busy place where it may be hard to get your first appointment. Don’t give up. It is worth all the phone calls, e-mails even walk ins. Once you are in, remember they are there to help you with what was going wrong with your health for so many years. They are result oriented, problem solvers. Go to your appointment with a list of questions you may have. Time is extremely valuable, don’t waist your time and theirs with emotional challenges you may have. Stay focus, and be patient…don’t forget to say “thank you” before you leave."
