"The doctor is fine. The office staff is HORRIBLE!. They called me the MORNING of my scheduled colonoscopy to tell me there was a scheduling error. If you have ever gone through PREP, you know that this news is beyond horrific. I have since found a great doctor with a professional staff. The only reason I am writing this now is because, 3 years later, they are calling me about an outstanding payment. They can't even get the billing right. It's just disgraceful."
"I had to cancel my colonoscopy today because of the office staff. They could not get a prescription to the correct pharmacy after multiple calls. I was lied to by "Dita" who told me she sent it herself. When I arrived at the pharmacy there was no script, Shockingly Dita would not take a follow up call from me. I had to go to the office to cancel. The only apology I was given was half assed by the doctor. The staff never once apologized. This is the last place I would have see me after encountering how unprofessional the staff was."

His demeanor and great personality and sense of humor make me feel very comfortable each time I visit his office or have him perform a procedure. "Just had a second horrible experience with this team. Thought the first one was just a fluke but working with this team has consistently been a remarkably stressful, awful experience. Front desk is rude and has no interest in explaining their 'fuzzy' insurance billing. Says she doesn't have time."
