"I went to get my ends trimmed and she cut more than 6 inches of my hair. I specifically told her I did not want short layers and she did them anyways and then left less than third of my hair it’s regular length causing me to have a mullet looking hair cut. I showed her what I was avoiding and she did exactly the same hair cut and charged me 54 dollars for a trim and wash and set which she also ruined by over heating my hair with a roller set then blow dry and then the FLAT IRON? On 3c hair that’s not needed. They are self hating women and took that out on my hair and now they refuse to refund me when I did it ask for a hair cut. It’s a cute spot but they are all bald headed that’s a huge red flag! 2/21/23 So I was contacted by the new owner... for a make up of them cutting and burning my hair and I was offered a free service I went in and come to find out no new owner the same lady who fried my hair has her college graduate son rebranding the same nonsense. Just don't waste your time!!! BTW when I went he bad talked old bad about the other workers not knowing it was his mother (the owner) who fried my hair I mean look at her hair for your self. HORRIBLE"
