"I was treated extremely rude and disrespectful at the Novant pulmonologist office by one of the receptionist! Somebody that rude and disrespectful does not need to be in that industry. People are scared and nervous when they’re going into appointments about their lungs! And to be treated, so cold and rude was very hurtful, and did not make matters worse for me being scared and nervous. I am very seriously considering finding another pulmonologist office to go to just because of her. I would not refer anyone to that office. Simply because of one person, nobody needs to walk into an office at any doctors office and be treated cold rude and disrespectful."
