"The most credit goes to the front-office staff, all of whom were compassionate, accommodating, and moving mountains to get us a walk-in appointment on a busy day. The kind woman at the front desk even said, “Be sure to let me know how your son’s appointment goes!” That’s unmatched patient service!! Another front-desk assistant made it a point to ask whether I had any questions (as I was trying to read a sign about WiFi access). Again, just going above and beyond to ensure their patients are comfortable during, what’s most likely, not the easiest hours of their day. The PAs were equally kind, thorough, and compassionate and clearly communicated my son’s diagnosis and care. Thank you!!"

"My daughter had an injury to her elbow and we came to the clinic as a walk in. We were told we would be worked in the schedule and may have to wait. We did not have to wait very long, we were seen and out within an hour! Trish was so kind and gentle with my daughter. She explained well what needed to be done and did such a great job treating my daughter. Hopefully we don't need to go back anymore but if another injury occurs, we will definitely return to Trish!"

"The practice was great! Everything was clean, sanitized and they made sure people stayed apart. The office staff were great with my son when we checked in. The nurses and/or medical assistants were also great. He was nervous about the x-ray but she reassured him and made it fun. Patricia (the NP) was great too. She laughed, joked and made him have fun while examining him. My son is just under 2 so this is all scary to him. However they all made it fun and he wasn’t scared at all."
