"Where do I begin? My mother was moved here a few weeks ago from CMC Main and there have been nothing but issues since getting here. She is currently back in the hospital due to neglect. There are a few wonderful nurses but there are many who don’t care at all. My mom has been left in her diaper for hours after calling to be changed. She has been told by a nurse that she didn’t have time to change her and walked out. I spoke with a head nurse currently on the shift (Cathy), on the issue and she said it would be addressed. Come to find out a couple days later, my mother was left again in the morning for over an hour in her diaper waiting to be changed, having terrible stomach issues. She called and Cathy told her she would bring her something to help with her stomach yet never came back. She was severely dehydrated and they made her go do rehab then when I arrived later in the evening she was in a terrible state and going unresponsive…this led her to being back in the hospital under the watch. If I wasn’t there the current nurse on duty would not have known or checked on her at all. This place is a nightmare. Trying to get a nurse the times I’ve been there you just see everyone on their cell phones and socializing."

"My mom was placed here after a back surgery. She was a high fall risk and they constantly wouldn’t help her. But the worst was the day I came in and she had a fever and I could see her catheter bag showed signs of infection. They told me a doctor would see her in a few hours. A temp nurse looked me in straight in the eye and told me “if this were my mom - I would call 911 and have her taken to an ER immediately”. That’s exactly what I did. From this rehab facility - I called 911. Hospital immediately admitted her. Don’t trust every nurse or doctor. Be an advocate for your loved ones."

"This is the absolute worst place to leave a loved one. They do not inform families of injuries, new medications, doctors appointments, and on weekdays after 5pm there is no one up front or visible in hall ways, the front doors are locked, they don't even answer the operators numbers or nursing stations. They leave loved ones who can't walk in bed for hours at a time with no bath, and this how most of the patients are getting bed sores here because they go so long unattended. I'm going straight to the board about the entire facility including supervisor and director of nursing. This is absolutely absurd and just down right disturbing."

"My mom was in their care for several weeks following her hip breaking and surgery. I was there to visit her and on the days I was there, the staff was very friendly. I had forgotten my mask and they were super nice and gave me one to use. I felt like my mom was in good care there. I loved that the same nurses were there everyday with my mom. Tuan in the mornings and Rose in the evenings and I really felt that my mom was in good care. Tuan has a very positive and fun demeanor which was very much appreciated. He talked to me with encouragement and I believe my mom was in excellent care with him. Rose, I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She has this peaceful and calm style that really worked when my mom needed help eating etc. I felt that she had a big heart when it came to my mom and could tell she had a lot of patience. Get to know your care providers. I am so grateful that my mom was in Tuan and Rose's care. They were so helpful not just physically but mentally in my opinion."
