"The one star is for the nurse. I told her I didn't have my copay today and that I would pay it on Friday. She said she would talk to the doctor to see if that was ok but she never did. She talked to another nurse instead then came and told me that they couldn't see me without paying my copay first. First of all she lied about speaking to my doctor. She never left the front desk. Second she lies because I have done this before with no problem."
