"I had an appointment with one of the physicians. I was contacted by the staff letting me know that they had canceled my appointment. The cancelation was due to the doctor not wanting to work on Wednesdays. They wanted me to change to a Tuesday or Thursday which was not feasible for my schedule. I was informed that someone would call me back. After I made several attempts to call back over the course of almost two weeks. The staff would tell me that soneone would call me by the end of the day. I still have not received a call. Very unprofessional!!!!!"

"Horrible Billing nightmares. Despite telling every individual we came into contact with after a work injury that this is workers comp, the commercial insurance was billed. Worse yet, these people use a 3rd party billing company and that company cannot offer you assistance in discussing. You then have to call back to an office manager, etc. This is the second work injury within a year where the same thing has happened. Avoid them!"
