"Staff could not have been more rude to my father. Office called and asked him to come in at a different time which he agreed to. Got there 20 minutes before his appointment and they then told him he was late and needed to be there 30 min. Early. Everyone has busy schedules and he was there 20 min before his appointment with all paperwork filled out. Whole office needs a lesson in customer service!"
"Staff is pretty nice, I’ve been seeing Dr.Rettell & she’s nice but is in and out of the room. I don’t feel that she takes her time in explaining what’s going on and doesn’t leave much room for questions. My husband also sees her and says he was asking her questions as she was walking out the room and he had to get them out fast to get them answered. I would really prefer a doctor who takes their time & explain what’s going on & leaves room for questions. Again, nice doctor but maybe slow down and allow patients to feel heard & understand what’s going on. Also, we asked to switch Doctors at this office & we were denied our request. I guess it’s a “respect” thing for the doctors but for me that doesn’t feel like they put their patients first. At the end of the day I would like to see a doctor I feel comfortable with. Hopefully they make room for improvements."
"Was in between doctors looking for a primary care. Found this office and it has been amazing to me. I have a very hectic work schedule but they were able to help work me in and tend to what i needed. Dr. Johnson is a great guy and was understanding and very knowledgeable about everything we discussed. It says for new patients to arrive 30 minutes early but i was barely able to get there 5 minutes early and they still seen me and helped me out."
"Dr Barron is always friendly and willing to help. My old doctor retired and I never thought I would find another amazing doctor untill i met Dr Barron. Also the front desk staff always goes out of their way to make sure I have all my questions answered. I have never felt comfortable around doctors but I feel welcome every time I visit."
"Multiple terrible experiences with this office. I was having severe issues and left a voicemail for the nurse/doctors line and was told by the front desk I would get a call back after they got back from lunch. The automated message for the nurse line said I would get a call back within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours allowing my symptoms to worsen before finally becoming so miserable that I ended up in the ER. I never received any call or message back. On a separate occasion, my primary was unavailable so I saw a different doctor. That doctor attempted to run a test, but didn’t get a good read yet put me on antibiotics anyway. My symptoms did not go away, so I had to come in for a follow up visit. I had to wait an extra day to see my primary even though there were appointments with other doctors available sooner because I was told it’s policy to put me with my primary when the primary has any appointments available within a few days. Once I saw my primary Dr. McGruder for the follow up visit, she not only seemed irritated and kept talking over me, but she didn’t run any tests and charged me more for the visit than the previous doctor did. I had previously seen a sign in the office that said the doctors have a right to code the visits as they see fit, which proves they’ve had multiple issues of people disputing them for coding visits higher than necessary to make more money. She also put me on antibiotics, which I later found out neither doctor should have even put me on antibiotics that they had misdiagnosed me. I later called to cancel my annual wellness appointment and advised them I was leaving the practice. They did not care at all. I shared some insight into some of the issues with their practice and the only response I got was a simple, “Sorry for your experience, but we cancelled your appointment”. Multiple awful experiences here, seriously go somewhere else"
