After leaving I started receiving medicade billing statements that would make even the richest person GAG!! $1,000 for office visit, $2,500 for urinalysis, $1,200 for phone conversations- PLUS NUMEROUS CHARGES FOR TIMES I WAS NEVER SEEN!! Do yourself a favor and keep far away from this place."
"Very uneducated staff. Also prejudice. Will take your money and not do anything else. Went in for first visit and was told I was going to have blood workup and they didn't do that. Record what they say because they will say they never said it. Dr. Looks like a clown with blue eye shawdow everywhere. Office manger seems to have very little education. Beware"
